At Nuvio, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all furniture and decor items in original condition. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a stress-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Nuvio packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
